How long does it take for my tent to be ready?

For standard sizes, we can finish them in 1-2 days. For larger sizes, we can finish your tent within 4-5 days.

How will we get our order?

Our customized tents are normally for pick-up. But, we can have them delivered to you via Lalamove, waybill or shipping but you will shoulder the delivery fee. We will provide you with the installatiob manual or video guide.

Is there a warranty for the customized tents that you offer?

Yes. We offer a 30-days warranty. Just let us know if you have any issues or concerns about the quality of our tent.
